This is a great recipe for Christmas time, as it unravels the Christmas season. It makes a great decoration on the counter, next to your Christmas tree and an even more delicious treat for Santa. It’s a super easy recipe if you’re looking for a treat to take to a work Christmas party or if you just want to enjoy it in the comfort of your home.
When making this recipe it went very smoothly, but I would make sure that you don’t accidentally burn your chocolate. Once you start heating this can happen very quickly, so make sure you keep an eye on it. Lastly, allow yourself enough time for your fudge to cool. If it doesn’t have enough time, it can be runny and harder to hold. It’s also important to keep the peppermint bits tiny, that way you aren’t having to suck on them for hours.
